The Peninsula is situated on the South Perth peninsula foreshore, overlooking the Swan River and Perth city skyline. The Peninsula consists of 75 one and two bedroom apartments set on an acre of landscaped gardens. Our guests will enjoy the beautiful surroundings and panoramic views.

Convenient access to Perth city centre, shopping complex and restaurants
Travelling to Perth city centre is about 10 minutes by ferry (from the ferry terminal near the front of The Peninsula), or about 5 minutes by bus or car. The Peninsula is also just 5 minutes walking distance to an array of international restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, banks, offices and shops. There are golf courses and watersport activities closeby.

Our self-contained one and two bedroom apartments consist of a modern equipped kitchen, lounge area, separate bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Facilities include airconditioning, cable TV, teletext TV, local/international phone, study desk, refrigerator, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is an onsite laundry, and ample free car parking. We also offer a daily drycleaning service and wireless broadband internet access.

It takes about 20 minutes. Travel to Great Eastern Highway, proceed to Canning Highway, turn right to Mill Point Road (1), right at Mends Street (2), then left to South Perth Esplanade (3).
* The Peninsula to Perth City Centre - by ferry:
Walk to the jetty in front of The Peninsula, and travel by ferry to the opposite jetty (5). It takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
* The Peninsula to Perth City Centre - by car:
Drive to Mends Street (2), proceed to Kwinana Freeway (4), and turn left into the city. A bus service also departs behind The Peninsula to the bus terminal (6). It takes about 5 minutes.
* Shops, supermarkets, banks, medical centre, and a wide range of well known restaurants & cafes, etc:
All located along Mends Street (2) - about 3 minutes walk.
* Golf courses, sailing, casino, etc:
It takes 3 minutes by car to the Royal Perth Golf Course in South Perth and other watersport sailing activities situated at locations 1 and 4 on the map. The casino is about 8 minutes by car.
